    You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. A separate shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic Shipping (within Germany):

    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.
    • Expedited Shipping (if available): Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.
      Shipping rates for domestic orders are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
  • International Shipping:

    • For international orders, delivery times and shipping rates may vary depending on the destination.
    • Estimated delivery times are 7-21 business days.
    • Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs, taxes, and import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

3. Shipping Methods

  • Carriers:
    We use reputable shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives safely. The carrier selected may vary based on your location and shipping method chosen at checkout.

  • Tracking Your Order:
    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number along with instructions on how to track your package online. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

4. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delays or non-delivery of your package. Tcggermane is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

5. Shipping Issues

  • Delayed or Lost Packages:

  • Incorrect or Damaged Items:

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Modifications:
    Changes or cancellations to your order must be made within 1 hour of placing your order. After this timeframe, we cannot guarantee that modifications can be accommodated because your order may have already been processed for shipment.
